CoralDust SMS OTP experiment
A separate Firebase Authentication test. Start with the local emulator and a fictional number.
This page uses the CoralDust Firebase project. Live requests can send SMS messages and incur charges.
The CoralDust web app configuration is already filled in.
Initializing never sends an SMS. Reload the page to change environments.
1. Request a code
Use a fictional number, such as +966555000123. The emulator prints the code in its terminal.
Phone numbers provided for authentication are sent to and stored by Google to provide abuse prevention across Google services. Obtain the phone number owner's consent before proceeding.
2. Verify the code
Choose an environment, then initialize.
